Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Place the jewellery in its original branded box along with the authenticity certificate and invoice, ensuring the security seal remains intact.

  Complimentary Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will schedule a complimentary insured courier pickup from your doorstep at a time convenient for you.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
